You will be the first point of contact for clients—handling inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience before, during, and after events. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banquet bookings, availability, and pricing Coordinate with walk-in clients, show venue spaces, and explain available packages Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into bookings Assist clients with pre-event planning, special requirements, and guest coordination Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally Maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk/reception Required Skills: Excellent communication Polite and customer-focused approach Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak event days Sales or hospitality experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
