As we scale our presence across India, we are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our store expansion strategy nationwide. Key Responsibilities · Lead the end-to-end process of launching new retail stores across India. · Identify and evaluate potential locations based on market research, footfall, and brand fit. · Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with property owners, mall developers, and agents. · Coordinate with legal, design, and operations teams for smooth store setup and handover. · Maintain a pipeline of expansion opportunities and manage timelines and budgets for new projects. · Track performance of newly opened stores and ensure alignment with brand standards. · Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and expansion dashboards.. Candidate Requirements · Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion or business development, specifically in store opening roles across India. · Must have experience in ethnic wear/apparel · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Willingness to travel frequently across cities for site visits and negotiations. Educational Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. · MBA/PGDM preferred.
