We are currently seeking experienced QuickBooks professionals to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong background in accounting using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain 2–3 client accounts using QuickBooks
• Perform daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working during the shift from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
