Quantity Surveyor

*Prepare Bill of Quantities ,Estimates and Rate analysis for each individual project based on quotations,layouts and requirements.

*Submit tender documents and negotiated with sub contractors to reduce the cost

*Prepare cost analysis and control conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials,time and labour cost

*Select materials and calculated quantities in joinery furniture production

*Maintain record of vendors,sub contractors and suppliers and adding new vendors to the list in order to know the variation of cost and to reduce cost

*Prepare materials and finishes approval from client before starting the project

*Produce material request for procuring the materials

*Prepare initial schedule for project

*Provide quantities to planning department for baseline program

*Prepare Daily/Weekly project report including project progress and site photos

*Calculate final costing after completing the project

Education : Bachelor's ( Preferred)

Experience : Quantity Surveying ( Required)
