Job Description

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–7 Years Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Construction Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, estimation software, and market rates. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects. Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow , ensuring alignment with financial plans. Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings. Evaluate and certify subcontractor/vendor bills , and manage payment schedules. Prepare and review contractual documents , including tenders and agreements. Coordinate with the project team to track material consumption and site progress. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
