Job Description

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

Prepare
BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
as per approved drawings
Record and verify
site measurements
for civil, finishing, and MEP works
Prepare
RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills
using ERP systems
Update project data in
ERP software
(billing, material consumption, work progress)
Track
project costs, budgets, and variations
through ERP reports
Coordinate with site engineers for daily work progress and material usage
Verify contractor/vendor invoices and upload supporting documents in ERP
Manage
variation orders, extra items, and claims
with ERP documentation
Assist in
tendering, rate analysis, and contract management
Maintain accurate
measurement books, drawings, and ERP records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Note ; Quantity with ERP experience is Mandatory.

Name : KG Constructions.

Location : Mylapore.

Mode of Interview : F2F (Mandatory) No Virtual Interview.

CTC ; 2 to 7LPA (Plus incentives). or good hike in their current ctc.

Prefered Mostly Chennai Candidates.
