Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor at Morpho Dimensions, your role involves creating BOQ estimates, conducting market analysis, monitoring project costs, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and prepare a detailed budget accordingly - Conduct market analysis to determine current material rates before floating tenders and inviting quotations - Monitor and control project costs from concept to completion - Maintain knowledge of vendors/suppliers and provide support for comparatives and analysis in vendor selection - Perform periodic analysis on project status with regards to cost and explore alternative solutions for managing project budgets - Ensure all documents are maintained for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal matters, and other areas as per company standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor professional - Relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects - Diploma or degree in quantity surveying/construction management or a related discipline - Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs - Tech-savvy with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction - Capability to work well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision - Alignment with the Company's core values: teamwork, integrity, and excellence As a Quantity Surveyor at Morpho Dimensions, your role involves creating BOQ estimates, conducting market analysis, monitoring project costs, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
