Job Description:
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
• Handle RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing
• Quantity take-off from GFC drawings
• Monitor project cost, variations, and cash flow
• Manage contract administration, claims & variations
• Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams
• Evaluate tenders and vendor quotations
• Prepare MIS & cost reports
Key Skills:
• Quantity Surveying
• BOQ & Billing
• Cost Control & Estimation
• Contract Management
• AutoCAD, MS Excel
• Construction Project Management
Education:
• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 5–10 years experience in Construction projects
• Experience in Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
