Job Description:

KMR Projects Private Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong focus on billing work for storm water drain projects under PMC/government contracts. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all billing-related tasks, coordinating with clients and engineers, and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of bills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills in accordance with project progress.
• Coordinate joint measurements with site engineers and government/PMC officials.
• Ensure billing is aligned with approved BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities executed on-site.
• Handle subcontractor billing and verification of their claims.
• Cross-check measurements with drawings and site records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for timely processing and submission.
• Ensure all billing documentation complies with government/PMC project requirements.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in billing work for storm water drain or similar infrastructure projects under PMC/government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, and government billing procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Excellent measurement, documentation, and coordination skills.
