As a Quantity Surveyor specialized in interior fit-outs, your main responsibility will be managing all aspects of the cost planning and control process. You will focus on ensuring that projects are completed within budget, from the initial estimate through to the final account. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. It is crucial to collaborate closely with design and project teams to implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality and standards of the project.
