Job Description

Urgent Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (Civil / M&E)

Location:

Salary:

About the Company:

Branch Office in Tiruchirappalli

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all cost estimates from pre-tender to final accounts
Review and clarify tender/contract terms with clients, contractors, and management
Collect and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Implement cost reduction strategies and maximize project value
Prepare tender documents, variation orders, and progress claims
Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements:

B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam
Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
