Urgent Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (Civil / M&E) Location: Tiruchirappalli Salary: Commensurate with experience About the Company: A well-respected and reputed construction company is seeking self-motivated professionals with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The role is based at our Branch Office in Tiruchirappalli , and a minimum of 3 years’ experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage all cost estimates from pre-tender to final accounts Review and clarify tender/contract terms with clients, contractors, and management Collect and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Implement cost reduction strategies and maximize project value Prepare tender documents, variation orders, and progress claims Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders Requirements: B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills How to Apply: Send your CV and Cover Letter to: hrmietech@gmail.com Join our team and contribute to challenging projects while growing your career!
