Quantity Survey & Design(QSD) Auditor - Interior Fitout

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to interior and civil works in diverse projects such as retails brands, high rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Measuring Length, Breadth & Height (LBH) for all interior and civil works at the site. - Verifying detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interiors and fit-out projects. - Estimating quantities and costs for materials, labour, and subcontractor work. - Conducting site measurement verification and quantity take-offs from drawings. - Overseeing and verifying vendor/client bills, certification, reconciliation, rate analysis, tender preparation, and cost benchmarking. - Coordinating with project, procurement, and design teams to track material consumption. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of interior fit-out measurement standards and finishes. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software. - Ability to read architectural, MEP, and interior drawings accurately. - Excellent analytical and numeric skills for estimation and billing. Qualification required for this position is a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with additional certification in Quantity Surveying/Estimation are preferred.
