Quantity Survey - Civil

As an Engineering Quantity Surveyor at PRIVIJ Consultants Engineering Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, study, and interpretation of tender documents, drawings, and contract agreements to extract the most optimized quantities for various industrial and commercial structures. Your expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as an independent estimation expert will be paramount in ensuring accurate and detailed cost estimation. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting rate analysis for civil engineering items, including the review and input of appropriate backups and justifications. Your proficiency in identifying, quantifying, and compiling costs for utility-related issues of assigned projects will contribute significantly to the overall project success. We highly value your inputs in value engineering during the preparation of BOQs, Cost Estimates, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Pre-Bids, and Detailed Engineering projects. Your ability to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions will be instrumental in meeting the project requirements and exceeding client expectations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Having a NICMAR QS certification will be considered an added advantage and will further enhance your profile for this role.
