Role Overview:

Quantitative Researcher to research Indian markets (NSE/BSE/MCX/INX), build alpha signals, and work with traders/engineers to deploy profitable systematic strategies.

What you will do:

• Analyze high-frequency tick data to uncover alpha opportunities.

• Design, backtest, and refine predictive models and trading signals.

• Study market microstructure, auctions, liquidity, and volatility regimes.

• Collaborate with C++ developers and traders to productionise and monitor strategies.

What you must bring:

• 24 years in quant research or similar role.
• Strong probability, statistics, and time-series fundamentals.
• Hands-on Python (NumPy/Pandas/SciPy/sklearn) for research workflows.
• Comfort with large tick-level datasets and time-series databases.
• Understanding of Indian exchange microstructure and derivatives is a plus.
• Education from IITs/IIMs in Maths/Engineering/Statistics/CS or related fields.
