What You'll Do

• Build interpretable models that work well even with limited data.
• Design and validate frameworks for

  session fulfillment

  ,

  payout sensitivity

  provider reliability

• Collaborate with our data engineer to prepare feature-rich datasets.
• Use statistical and Bayesian methods to quantify uncertainty and improve decision quality.
• Deliver insights that translate directly into operational and product improvements.

Who You Are

• Strong background in

  Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics

  , or related field.
• Proficient in

  Python

  and

  SQL

  , especially with tools like pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, or PyMC.
• Experience building models for

  marketplaces, logistics, or other supply-demand systems

  .
• Comfortable reasoning with sparse data and presenting clear, actionable conclusions.
• Pragmatic and curious focused on building models that drive measurable outcomes.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in

  Bayesian modeling

• Prior work on forecasting, risk, or optimization problems in early-stage environments.
