We’re hiring a part-time sales executive to help us grow our corporate and event bookings. With operations spanning over 25 cities, we’re now building intelligent systems to enhance our support, optimize operations, and improve client experience. Description We’re looking for a part-time AI Consultant to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions — starting with a support chatbot and evolving toward more advanced internal automation. This is a hands-on consulting role: you’ll not only guide architecture and tool choices, but also help us ship working systems. Responsibilities Lead the strategy, architecture, and MVP implementation of a chatbot for provider support Escalates appropriately to human support Support expansion into client-facing AI (e.g., booking assistant, availability nudging) Propose and help implement AI-driven internal tools NLP interfaces for ops and support staff Collaborate directly with the founder and product/engineering team Qualifications Proven experience with chatbot development (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source frameworks) Strong grasp of LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and prompt engineering Fluency in Python Ability to assess existing infrastructure and propose right-sized solutions Solid understanding of MySQL, REST APIs, and data workflows Excellent communication and consultative skills — we value initiative and clarity Show more Show less
