Quant Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Convert complex replenishment and supply chain problems into mathematical / optimization constructs
• Design models balancing availability, cost, operational constraints, and customer experience
• Run simulations, validate assumptions, and deploy solutions using real data
• Work closely with planning, forecasting, operations, and product teams to take ideas to live production
• Ensure solutions are both optimal and practically executable at scale

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong mathematical foundations (optimization, probability, linear programming, heuristics, etc.)
• Ability to think from first principles and build logic ground-up
• Experience with data tooling (Python / SQL) or willingness to learn quickly
• Bias for action you prefer building and validating over discussing
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
