Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing overall product quality by improving processes. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, audits, and tests to guarantee that products adhere to both company and regulatory standards. By analyzing inspection data, you will be able to identify any prevalent patterns or issues in the production process. Moreover, you will supervise and lead a team of quality inspection professionals, providing them with necessary training on quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. It is essential to ensure that the entire staff is well-informed about the company's quality objectives and procedures. Documentation and reporting will also fall under your purview, where you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control activities are meticulously documented. Your role will involve preparing reports and effectively communicating findings to the management, highlighting any issues or instances of non-compliance. In case of any product quality issues, you will be required to implement corrective actions promptly. This position will require you to work 12-hour shifts from 9 am to 9 pm.
