Quality Supervisor

As a Quality Assurance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and inspect production processes to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures within the organization. Additionally, you will be required to train and supervise staff members on quality assurance practices to maintain high levels of quality across all operations. Participation in both internal and external audits is essential to ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards. Your role will also involve the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including the creation of test plans and protocols to support ongoing quality assurance efforts. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. The job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule.
