We are seeking a highly motivated Quality SOP/SIP Specialist to join our global team. The successful candidate will play a key role in standardizing and simplifying our quality documentation across all sites. Experience with Haygen systems is not required we will provide training but experience in a quality role within an automotive supplier is essential. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that will require regular international travel.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIPs) with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
• Use standard tools such as PowerPoint and Excel to create high-quality, easily digestible documentation.
• Collaborate with global quality teams to unify and standardize processes across all manufacturing locations.
• Conduct on-site visits to China, Mexico, and Turkey to support implementation and training.
• Champion a less is more philosophy by eliminating unnecessary complexity from documentation and procedures.
