Quality Production Specialist

You will be responsible for supporting your team and its industrial partners in their projects towards operational excellence. This will involve improving the current processes using various problem-solving tools and methodologies. Your goal will be to achieve operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities to reduce costs and ensure long-term competitiveness and attractiveness. One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure the quality of products in line with the standards before shipment. You will also be tasked with enhancing the quality system of your suppliers and preparing and planning factory assessments. It will be essential to ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and local regulations are adhered to in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance. You will play a crucial role in improving and optimizing production processes and providing support to factories to enhance production efficiency. Ensuring the quality of products and promoting sustainability in production will be among your priorities. Homologating 100% of products until shipment and monitoring quality performance within your area of responsibility will be part of your routine tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for detecting unacceptable situations in your suppliers, managing suppliers on quality through appropriate routines, and evaluating risks and stakes in suppliers to implement necessary actions. Supporting suppliers on fundamental control plans deployment, driving partners towards performance, and planning quality assessments in the supplier panel will also be part of your duties. Detecting quality risks within your scope, co-building supplier control plans, and resolving problems through the DPS Methodology will be essential tasks. You will also be engaged in quality assessment practices, including implementing risk analysis and managing suppliers based on risks and stakes. You will be expected to challenge your value chain to ensure the quality of products and processes.,
