Job Summary

We are hiring an NPD – Quality Engineer who has good subject knowledge in Polymer Engineering / Plastic Technology. The candidate will support new product development, material testing, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and testing of new plastic materials and formulations.
• Conduct lab-scale trials and support production scale-up.
• Analyze material properties (tensile strength, MFI, hardness, etc.).
• Support quality control activities and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development.
• Troubleshoot material or processing issues.
• Maintain lab records and technical documentation.
• Create product Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Basic knowledge of ISO/ASTM standards is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Polymer Engineering / Plastic Technology (Required)
• Strong technical knowledge of polymers and materials testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply
