Quality Manager (CDW Division)

As a Sr. Quality Manager in the CDW Division, your role will involve overseeing and managing quality operations specifically in the Cold Drawn Welded (CDW) division. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to ISO / TS / IATF standards, maintaining process compliance, and proper documentation. Additionally, your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting customer and third-party audits and ensuring that all corrective actions are effectively implemented. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives with the aim of reducing rejections and non-conformities. - Leading, mentoring, and training the quality team to achieve process excellence and operational efficiency. - Collaborating with the production and maintenance teams to address quality issues in real time. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications and experience: - B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - At least 10 years of experience in the CDW, Tube Mill, or Steel Fabrication industry. - Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and root cause analysis. - Practical experience in customer complaint handling, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
