Urgent Hiring – Sr. Quality Manager (CDW Division)

Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 10–15 Years (Preferably from TI or similar industry)
CTC: ₹14 – ₹18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality operations in the Cold Drawn Welded (CDW) division.
• Ensure adherence to ISO / TS / IATF standards, process compliance, and proper documentation.
• Conduct customer and third-party audits, ensuring all corrective actions are implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce rejections / non-conformities.
• Lead, mentor, and train the quality team for process excellence and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues in real time.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in CDW, Tube Mill, or Steel Fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with customer complaint handling, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA.
