Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, your role involves inspecting raw materials and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications. You will be responsible for utilizing precision measuring tools for part inspections and reading blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications and testing procedures. Your duties will include recording inspection data, monitoring operations for compliance with production standards, and recommending corrective actions to align production procedures with quality standards. Additionally, you will be required to discard or reject products that do not meet specifications, discuss inspection results with responsible personnel, and conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools for employees within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications - Utilize precision measuring tools for part inspections - Read blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications and testing procedures - Record inspection or test data, including weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded - Monitor operations to ensure compliance with production standards - Recommend corrective actions to align production procedures with quality standards - Discard or reject products, materials, or equipment that do not meet specifications - Discuss inspection results with responsible personnel and recommend necessary corrective actions - Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools for employees within the organisation Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree In this role, you will be based in Palwal, Haryana, and are expected to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
