Job Title: Quality Incharge

Location: Bidadi, Bengaluru
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)

About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturing company located in Bidadi, specializing in precision engineering and high-quality production for the aerospace and industrial sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Incharge to lead our quality assurance activities and ensure that all products meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Quality Department team on daily inspection activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection of components and assemblies.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage calibration of measuring instruments and maintain traceability records.
• Handle customer complaints, quality audits, and supplier quality assessments.
• Train and guide team members in quality systems and inspection techniques.
• Report to senior management on quality performance and improvement areas.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience as Quality Incharge / Quality Lead / Senior Quality Engineer.
• Good knowledge of measurement instruments, tolerances, and inspection procedures.
• Strong understanding of ISO / AS9100 / QMS standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
