We are looking for a Quality in Charge for our organization. Candidates should be Minimum 5 to 7 years Experience in this field.

Job Summary:
The Quality In charge in the garment industry is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control processes related to the production of garments. This role involves developing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality garments that meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system for garment production.
• Establish and communicate quality standards for fabrics, trims, and finished garments.

Inspection and Testing:

• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, including fabrics and trims.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Defect Analysis and Corrective Action:

• Identify and analyze defects in garments and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly.

Sampling and Prototyping:

• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate sampling and prototyping.
• Conduct thorough inspections of garment samples to ensure they meet design and quality specifications.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections and test results.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation, such as quality control procedures and inspection reports, is up-to-date.

Supplier and Vendor Collaboration:

• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality standards for materials.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

Training and Development:

• Provide training to production teams on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the garment production process.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to garment manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
