IATF Implementation & Documentation Job Title :- Quality In charge Qualification : BE or Diploma ( Mechanical) with Min 5 Years Experience Position reports to Plant Head / Business Head Responsible for ensuring the over all smooth functioning in the work place. Key Responsibilities (or 'Duties'.\ points) :- Leading quality team & Handling Maintaining Quality Control Records. Analysis of Rework / Rejection / NC Parts on daily basis & Impliment actions. Training to Inspectors / Operators for proper handling / usage of gauges & instruments. IATF Implementation & Documentation Customer complaints Handling & Submission of 8D Reports. Monitoring of Calibration / MSA / Layout activity as per plan. Reduce Cost the Poor Quality & monitoring New Gauge & Instruments Planning and repairs. conducting various testing / measurements with New Developed Material. On job training for new operator / inspector. Management by walking around Understand the operation wise Process Study 4 MT Continuous Improvements / Kaizens / 5S Follow safety & Environmental norms Any other work assigned or delegated by the management. Customer feedback in order to enhance customer service Verification of setup / IPIR reports. Control on final inspection area. Quality audits ( process / final / dock audit ). Quality alert , customer focus , supplier audit.
