Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control functions. The ideal candidate will oversee all quality operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across processes, products, and systems. The Quality HOD will work cross-functionally to embed a culture of quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments. Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, etc.). Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Investigate root causes of quality issues and oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. Conduct audits (internal, external, customer, supplier) and ensure closure of audit findings. Manage documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals. Lead quality-related training and awareness programs for employees. Collaborate with production, R&D, supply chain, and other departments to ensure product and process quality. Report quality metrics and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
