Job Description

Role & responsibilities Release quality testing of Kitchen appliances like gas stove, chimney, kettle, wet grinder, mixer grinder& pressure cooker Preparing Layout Inspection report as per drawing for kitchen appliances parts. working with ODM/OTS supplier for corrective actions preparing & presenting the overall report preparations to stakeholder & suppliers creating new testing methods/procedure for new value space like cookware etc working with co-maker/supplier for onsite validations daily management of team & individual goals Prepare and update standard operating procedures. PFMEA and DFMEA of the Process and New Product. Re define the existing fixtures/test beds for KA testing Engineering developments and Continuous improvement activities. Participate in Kaizen, Poke yoke activities. Structural Problem Solving Skill, G8 D, Six sigma Green belt. Collaborate and support modification to testing &validation methods
