Quality Executive - Retail MFB

As a Credit Underwriter at our company, your role involves personal discussion of cases in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards. You will be required to adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines for the completion of assigned activities. Your skill set should encompass underwriting, disbursements, collateral evaluation, and coordination with cross-functional sales operation functions. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate all credit requests to protect company assets, establish credit limits, and ensure proper documentation and collateral security for all loans granted - Communicate credit decisions effectively to stakeholders - Improve underwriting efficiencies while managing risks effectively - Perform Loan Account Verification, Cross Verification, KYC Check, and other document checks - Assess income and expenses, check for any influence of middlemen, conduct negative area checks, and verify death cases - Monitor buckets, ensure branch compliances, and observe ICQ closures Qualifications Required: - Strong underwriting skills with attention to detail - Ability to work within agreed SLAs and timelines - Proficiency in collateral evaluation and risk management - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management - Knowledge of credit underwriting processes and procedures Join our team to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while ensuring the quality and efficiency of our credit underwriting processes.,
