1) PQRS:
• liaison with Aggregator in arranging samples from markets,
• Data base maintenance and Consolidation of evaluation report (Physical and
Sensory)
• Maintaining sample adherence matrix and monitoring the compliance to sampling
plan
2) Consumer Complaints:
• Track of consumer complaints through dashboard
• Complaint sample analysis for RCA and communicating to units for actions / CAPAs
• Implementation of Consumer complaint SOP.
3) Documentation and Raw material Specification:
• Documentation of all manufacturing SOP’s and maintaining its repository with
version change
• Identification of quality requirements of raw materials and escalation
• Incoming Quality – Developing the templates and implement the system
