About The Role

Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on effective test execution and defect resolution, you will play a crucial role in driving quality and efficiency within the team and across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Salesforce Service Cloud, Functional Test Planning.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in testing.

Strong Experience in SSalesforce Application Functional Testing preferrably with Service Cloud Experience.

Strong Experience in Application Testing in multiple devices (Desktop/Mobile etc)

Strong Experience in stakeholder management both internal and external.

Strong Experience in producing daily reporting for internal and external reporting.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
