Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As an Test Engineer Lead, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to translate these needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and ensuring that the proposed solutions align with both business requirements and technological capabilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and enhance the customer journey through effective functional and application designs.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Experience with API Testing, Selenium, Event Management, Kafka/JMS/Rabbit MQ or any event-based application.- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.- Experience with various automated testing frameworks and tools.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
