Project Role Description :

Develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering.

Educational Qualification :

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve providing technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering, ensuring that the testing processes are efficient and effective while collaborating with various teams to enhance overall quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement testing strategies for complex systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their impact on quality engineering. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
