What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and toolin order to use AI effectively.

What are we looking for? We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Arch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the robustness, scalability, and stability of our systems, with a particular focus on the rigorous testing and validation of our AI models. You will lead the design and implementation of advanced quality engineering architectures, driving best practices to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust quality engineering architectures, frameworks, and tools to support continuous integration and delivery. System Stability:Drive initiatives to enhance overall system stability and performance through proactive testing strategies, including performance, load, and reliability testing. AI Model Testing:Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies specifically for AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI models, ensuring their accuracy, fairness, robustness, and ethical behavior. Test Automation:Champion and implement advanced test automation solutions across the entire software development lifecycle, from unit to end-to-end testing. Quality Assurance:Establish and enforce quality standards, processes, and metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Problem Solving:Diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions related to system stability and quality. Team Mentorship:Mentor and guide quality engineers and testers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to integrate quality engineering practices throughout the development pipeline.
