You'll be the go-to technical expert across our Salesforce ecosystem—including Flow, Screen Flows, API integrations, Omni-Channel, permission sets, data models, and page layouts. You'll also play a critical role in managing overall platform health and scale: monitoring data caps, enforcing best practices, and ensuring efficient, stable performance. This position works closely with senior leadership in Operations and Engineering to align technical execution with high-level business needs. While the primary focus is building and maintaining, you'll also help shape near-term priorities and the enhancement roadmap.
