We are looking for an Engineering Manager to guide the strategic development execution of Rhythm Synergy, which leverages technology to streamline care, allowing for timely, accurate, life-saving interventions for our patients. Why this role Own delivery speed and reliability for Rhythm Synergy, a HIPAA-regulated platform supporting >100,000 cardiac patients. In the past nine-months we have rebuilt the Rhythm Platform into a market leading platform and are looking to expand our engineering leadership as we look to expand out platform into new modalities. You will lead a six-engineer pod, with room for expansion, and set the engineering bar while shipping multiple times per week. What You’ll Achieve 30 days: Work as an IC, shipping a notable feature and completing a production support rotation. 90 days: Establish execution cadence. Baseline DORA. Close top 3 reliability gaps. Stand up on-call with runbooks and postmortems. 180 days: Improve change lead time by ≥30%. Maintain ≥3 deploys/week. MTTR <45 minutes.
