Quality Engineer

You will be responsible for planning, writing, and executing test cases based on the provided requirements. It is essential to ensure 100% test coverage for all functionality and feature sets that need to be tested. Thorough documentation of tests performed and defects logged is crucial, along with retesting defects until closure. Your role will involve participating in requirement gathering sessions to better understand functionality and customer expectations. As a Quality Engineer, you will be expected to come up with innovative testing methods to ensure the best quality product is delivered to the customer. Establishing and evolving formal QA processes, ensuring industry-accepted best practices are followed, is a part of your responsibilities. You will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes to meet quality goals. Collaboration with business analysts and customers to understand business needs and ensure the developed solutions align with their vision is an integral part of this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, along with manual testing experience in web applications. An understanding of testing methodologies, all testing stages, and experience in testing BPM applications would be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with automation testing tools would be a plus. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
