Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
Knowledge of Sheet metal & Moulding process and their controls
Knowledge of problems of Sheet metal & Moulding parts.
Knowledge 4M change.
Basic Knowledge of Excel and PPT.
Daily NG part handling and timely analysis.
Supplier outflow analysis and report preparation.
Knowledge of WIControl planPFD.
Practical Knowledge of parts dimension layout inspection
Knowledge of Internal and outflow CAPA monitoring
Follow up with suppliers related to quality issues & their resolutions.
Knowledge of 8D Analysis
Knowledge Cpk/MSA.
Knowledge of Kakotora, Poka Yoke, Poison test etc.
Knowledge about Process Audit/Product Audit
Quality Document understanding and implementation.
