Quality Engineer

Role Overview: As a Quality Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and quality strategies, with a strong emphasis on automation. You will work closely with product and engineering teams, actively contributing to the quality of new features and ensuring the successful execution of regression tests across various environments. Your work will be in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to understand complex backend AI flow systems and dependencies, identify potential risks, and strategically plan and execute testing efforts to ensure the stability, reliability, and quality of features and releases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of coverage gaps and write end-to-end (E2E) and integration tests, collaborating with teams to enhance service level test coverage. - Demonstrate technical excellence and leadership in identifying, developing, and maintaining tests involving API, databases, and web UI tests. Utilize strong knowledge of automation tools and continuous automation systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple organizations that utilize the central platform for custom applications. Prioritize test coverage of key shared usage patterns and guide customers on proactive testing of their application integrations. - Possess strong knowledge and experience in Java, Python, Selenium, and continuous delivery (CD) pipeline configurations. - Generate reports, present findings, and uphold quality standards for new features and releases. - Work effectively in global teams, partnering with peers and other teams across different time zones. - Utilize 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including 2+ years of project leadership and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of LLM Model hosting with Sagemaker and LLM Finetuning and Inferencing. - Experience in testing integrations with Cohere, Anthropic, Dolly, Google, and internal models. Familiarity with Sagemaker GroundTruth integration for data labeling and Bedrock for model serving. - Proficiency in Azure Open AI and Tableau for creating reporting dashboards.,
