Quality Engineer

Role Overview: As a Quality Engineer at our company located in Gat No. 346B, Shekhmirwadi, Bavada-Bholi Rd, Tal, Khandala, Maharashtra 415526, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through various processes and procedures. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the quality standards of our manufacturing procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures. - Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables (Part inspection, including: layout, in process, final, and receiving using all types of mechanical inspection). - Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure following company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. - Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development. - Prepare and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Participate in the implementation of SAP for the Quality Department. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify trends. - Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements. - Experience in conducting quality audits. - Ability to fabricate innovative solutions for quality enhancement.
