Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer, your main responsibility will be to monitor site quality in accordance with drawings and specifications. You will conduct inspections for various construction works such as concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and finishing. Additionally, you will be coordinating material testing and ensuring all QA/QC documents are maintained properly. Your role will also involve raising and closing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and overseeing corrective actions. Collaboration with site engineers, contractors, and the project management team will be crucial to maintain high-quality standards on site. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor site quality based on drawings and specifications. - Conduct inspections for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and finishing works. - Coordinate material testing and keep track of all QA/QC documents. - Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective actions are taken. - Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project management team to uphold quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC in the construction industry. - Proficiency in IS codes and material testing. - Strong documentation and coordination skills. Additional Company Details: The job is a full-time position that requires your presence on-site. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in QA/QC, particularly in building construction. (Note: Work location is in person),
