As a Civil Construction Quality Control Manager, your role involves ensuring quality standards are maintained in all civil construction activities, including RCC, structural steel, and finishing works. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting inspections, material testing, and audits to guarantee construction quality meets design requirements. Reviewing and approving construction materials, mix designs, and workmanship as per project standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to address quality-related issues effectively. - Maintain documentation of test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans for quality control purposes. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to quality control, conducting root cause analysis for quality deviations and implementing corrective and preventive measures. - Provide training to site teams on quality control procedures and best practices in construction to improve overall quality standards. - Support project handover processes, ensuring all quality documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required for this role. - Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC and 6 years in civil engineering are necessary qualifications for this position.
