Quality Engineer Civil

As a Civil Quality Control Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained in all civil construction activities. Your role will involve implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure construction quality meets design requirements - Review and approve construction materials, mix designs, and workmanship as per project standards - Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to address quality related issues - Maintain documentation of test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to quality control - Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive measures - Train site teams on quality control procedures and best practices in construction - Support project handover processes, ensuring all quality documentation is completed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering - Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC - Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial projects Please note that this is a full-time and permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is on day shift from Monday to Friday with a performance bonus. The work location is in person at Surat, Gujarat, and the expected start date is 31/05/2025.
