Job Description

Inspect inwards and outward materials/devices for quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate stock records, GRN entries, and material movement logs.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and update inventory sheets.
Prepare Material Inspection Reports and other documentation.
Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and vendor teams for approvals and dispatches.
Support site teams with material requirements.
Ensure timely documentation submission to clients/PMC/consultants.
Submission of documents to client and follow required process
Help submitting all required documents at site level to client, PMC, Consultantetc
Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word along with email proficiency
Preparing documents : MIR , WIR , TDS , JMR , MS , ITP , QCP , MOCKUP DOCUMENTS , NCR , AFR
Daily inspection of the site and coordinate with team regarding the work and maintain records
Understanding of site material process. (Includes preparing material inspection report, client approval, maintaining record of material, guidelines etc)
Keep record of faulty, RMA etc

Working Days - Monday to Saturday
