Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer Accessibility Testing with 5 to 8 years of experience in ensuring digital products meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences. Perform accessibility testing across web and mobile platforms. Utilize tools such as JAWS , Dragon NaturallySpeaking , WCAG Color Contrast Checker , TalkBack (Android) , and VoiceOver (iOS) . Validate applications against WCAG 2.1 Level A/AA standards and WAI-ARIA guidelines. Apply the POUR (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust) principles during evaluation and testing. Conduct compliance assessments for documents, SaaS applications, and other tools used in the market. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accessibility fixes and improvements are properly implemented. Provide recommendations and best practices on accessibility from design to deployment. Required Skills & Knowledge: Hands-on experience with axe Dev Tools or similar browser accessibility tools. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, ARIA attributes , and landmark roles as defined by W3C. Practical exposure to mobile accessibility tools and platforms.
