Key Responsibilities
● Document Control: ○ Create, revise, update, and manage all quality-related documents, including but not limited to, Procedures, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Checklists, and Forms. ○ Ensure all documents are controlled, distributed, and archived according to established QMS procedures.
● Incoming Material Documentation: ○ Manage records for Incoming Quality Checks (IQC), Supplier Material Certificates (MTCs/CoCs), and Approved Vendor List (AVL) documentation. ○ Maintain records of Supplier Audits and Performance.
● Production & Process Documentation: ○ Administer documentation for the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including Design Records, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Process Flow Diagrams. ○ Maintain up-to-date Production Sheets/Records and In-Process Quality Check documentation.
● Quality & Compliance: ○ Prepare and maintain Quality Sheets (e.g., Calibration Records, Inspection Reports, Non-Conformity Reports - NCRs). ○ Assist in preparing for and participating in Internal and External Audits (ISO/IATF).
● Dispatch Documentation: ○ Ensure all final dispatch documentation, including Final Inspection Reports and Customer-Specific Requirements (CSRs), is complete and accurate before shipment. Essential Candidate Requirements Education and Experience
● A degree/diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a Quality or Documentation role within a manufacturing environment (Automotive background is highly advantageous for IATF).
Knowledge and Skills
● Mandatory: In-depth, practical working knowledge of the documentation requirements for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
● Solid understanding of core Automotive Quality Tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA (often referred to as the Five Core Tools).
● Familiarity with various quality documents related to Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Control.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for creating and managing documents and data.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective coordination across departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
