You will play a crucial role in guaranteeing that all documentation meets the necessary specifications and quality standards. In this role, you will review and approve various vendor documents such as CMTRs (Chemical, Mechanical, NDE, Corrosion, Painting, etc.) by meticulously comparing them with material specifications to ensure adherence to ASME Code, Purchase Order, and Emerson Quality Assurance requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with Supplier Quality Management personnel to address deficiencies in documentation, clarify specification requirements, and recommend corrective actions to suppliers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for verifying and approving supplier documentation to ensure that all purchased materials, equipment, and services comply with procurement specifications.
