Job Description

Role & responsibilities

No of Openings:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Apply and enforce safety and quality rules across production.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with work instructions, Poka Yoke systems, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor product and process compliance to internal and customer standards.

Issue Identification & Containment

Identify and isolate suspect or non-conforming products.
Define and validate immediate containment actions with the APU (Autonomous Production Unit) team.
Escalate deviations to the APU Quality Engineer and Manager.

Training & Certification

Train operators on quality requirements.
Support Magic Square Level 2 certification (Valeos internal quality standard).

Measurement & Calibration

Ensure all measurement equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Participate in Stop Scrap analysis and 5 Axes problem-solving activities.
Use methodologies like PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain rigorous documentation for quality processes and audits.
Support reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
